These soft sablé cookies do not have the characteristic snap of a sablé but instead have an addictively soft, chewy texture

Created by pâtissier Hironobu Tsujiguchi, these soft, chewy sablés are made by covering sablé dough in combinations of different flavors and ingredients, such as white chocolate, before baking.
Delivered as a 4-flavor set: matcha, milk tea, strawberry milk, lemon.

  • Matcha Soft Sablé
    Made with a combination of melt-in-the-mouth white chocolate and matcha from Suzuka, one of the top matcha producers in Mie Prefecture. Enjoy the profound flavor of matcha.
  • Milk Tea Soft Sablé
    This elegantly flavored sablé combines carefully selected earl grey with melt-in-the-mouth white chocolate.
  • Strawberry Milk Soft Sablé
    The marriage of sweet strawberry flavor and melt-in-the-mouth white chocolate tastes exactly like strawberry milk.
  • Lemon Soft Sablé
    A combination of lemon's subtle tartness, provided by adding concentrated fruit juice, with melt-in-the-mouth white chocolate. The mellow yet refreshing taste is highly appealing.

Pâtissier Hironobu Tsujiguchi

He is an award-winning pâtissier and chocolatier who has represented Japan at pâtisserie world championships such as Coupe du monde.
Currently, he is the owner-pâtissier-chocolatier of Mont St Clair (Jiyugaoka, Tokyo), and he has developed 13 brands with unique concepts.
In 2014 he opened his first overseas location, Mont St Clair Seoul.
He continues to enter competitions, and for 5 years straight from 2013 to 2017 he received the highest award at the Salon du Chocolat Paris's chocolate fair.
In 2015, he received the gold medal in the chocolate bar division at the International Chocolate Awards World Finals.

Soft and delicate texture never had before. Japanese quality!! Varieties of flavors are also enjoyable. This item itself is FIVE STAR score, but deducted one since you can only purchase 4 flavors in a set even if you want to place repeat order for certain favorite ones...
